Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items returned must be in good condition. Made- to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrived damaged to you. Please contact us and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours. Items being returned needs a Return Authorization Number before returning so please email us first. Items without a return authorization number maybe returned back. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless items are damaged or we made a mistake on our end. All sales are final on sale, clearance and made to order items.
